  I signed a contract on 1/31/17 and they came installed the sign 3 weeks later that quicker than expected. But the sign is very dark by night and called them the day after installation. I asked them to put more LED lights inside the sign and first they wanted to charge me more for that supposed to be a lighted sign ! Then change their mind and planed to add for free. I paid fully the sign but guess what they never came to fix the sign after telling me 3 times they are coming. Trying to reach them over and over but nothing happens. And today is 4/14/17 and still not fixed ! Never pay fully until you see the sign by day and night.

  I want to start out by saying that our company has used Jay Berry for numerous sign projects throughout Florida. We have never had any issues until summer 2017. Jay Berry started to not return our calls. This resulted in missing a huge deadline in one of our stores. He finally opened the lines of communication and finished the job very late! More recently he installed our sign in St. Cloud without hooking it up to the existing electric. Jay Berry gave me his word that he would come out and do the hook up. We paid him his remaining balance and finished our stores construction. I called him upon finishing to have him come out to hook up the electric as well as PAY him more money to install photocells on the 2 signs! We agreed on the price and he said 2-3 weeks to complete. 3 weeks later (week before Christmas) job still not done I called Jay and he went on to tell me many different excuses. I told him look lets just get it done ASAP. He said no problem give me another couple weeks. Low and behold still not done and Jay Berry has gone radio silence on me! Voicemails and texts! Reading some previous reviews I agree with there frustration and hope others read these firsthand reviews on Jay Berry.
